Q. Income Tax Return of Alternative Investment Fund and its schemes

Question

Hi,

A trust being a Fund holds a PAN and its schemes A & B also holds seperate PAN.

Now, do we need to file ITR for all 3 PANs as only Scheme A is active and all business working through Scheme A only. Also TDS deducted on Schemes only.

FY 2022-23 ITR was also not filed for any PAN and schemes have losses. Anyway to file ITR?

Pls advise.

If these are not companies, then would have to file ITR 5
