Hi, what is the meaning of loan/borrowing under companies act - if any company incurred any expenditure on behalf of another company (say company A is doing construction activities in the land of company B), can this construction cost be treated a s loan given by A to B ??.

If yes, what will be the impact in the financials statement of both the companies as this transaction was already done.
