CA in practice owns a villa in a village. It is lying vacant. He proposes to give it on rent to people, mostly at week end. There is no other service like laundry, food, drinks etc. Will this be considered as business not allowed to practising CAs

If it is pure rent, chargeable as rental income and he does not advertise to let it on hire, then should not be an issue.
