Dear Sir,
Withholding tax is being deducted by an Indian company who is importer of software services in India while making payment to pvt ltd company incorporated in Singapore in Sep.22.

The Singapore based company is WOS of an Indian Pvt. Ltd. company and obtained Indian PAN# for the purpose of opening USD bank a/c with BOB offshore banking unit recently.

The Singapore based company is also having TRC of Singapore as well.

Whether Singapore based company can claim credit of Withholding Tax deducted by Indian customer company in Singapore/India?
