Q. inward remittance and Invoice query as AN Individual

Sir,

I am Individual working in India(Indian Resident) and provide services for US based company and Monthly I am getting Salary for that via Bank Transfer in my account. So now my Bank asking me to provide Invoice copy.

So I have a query Invoice amount in INR or US$

What is the thing mention in Invoice as an Individual, please suggest me. Thank you!

I have contract with my company and agree to give yearly  $5,000 US in monthly Installment.

first clear whether you are on employment or have a professional relationship

if you are getting salary, then no need to give invoice only appoinment letter is enough.

If you are working as independent professional then you need to give invoice copy containing name and address of receipent, your name and address, bill no and date, nature of service and amount whether in INR or US$, If in US$ give in INR to the bank, any gst number you have, your should quote on invoice.
