Now if A ltd is the listed entity and B Pvt Ltd is its subsidiary whose accounts are consolidated with A ltd and both company have purchase transaction with C Pvt ltd (A related party). While reporting in the regulation 23(9) whether transaction between B Pvt ltd and C Pvt Ltd needs to be disclosed ?. What does this Consolidated basis means?
