As per the recent amendments in SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the CFO & CS will be the part of the senior management. By virtue of the law, are the CFO & CS eligible to get the same benefits & perks as the other senior management avails?

If yes so what are the legal liability for the company?

If company does not provide the same benefits and perks to its cfo & cs as senior management avails so what will be the legal consequences to the company.
