Dear Sir,

As per recent amendments regulation 33 of LODR w.e.f. April 01, 2019, the Listed entity is required to prepare its quarterly financial result on consolidated basis for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.

Is the company also required to disclose the corresponding figure of quarter ended June 30, 2018, while preparing the financial result ending June 30, 2019.

Please provide your view in this regard.
