Q. While filing MSME-1 Micro and small credtors who are regisatered under trade categories are required to be considered or not ?

When we file MSME-1 we report credtors whose payments are made after 45 days if no contract agreed and creditors belong to micro and small categories registered under MSME Act. Question is that only manufactures and service providers are to be considered or we have to consider traders also?

You will have to consider only manufacturers and service providers and not the traders for form MSME1.
