Q. For Share trading or future or option dealing on its own without taking money from public possible without SEBI approval

Dear Sir,

I still have some confusion and I am asking again in relation to previous answer. My query is that Can We register private limited company for conducting option or future dealing or share trading work on its own without taking any money from public. Can this company be registered without SEBI approval. Company will conduct share market activities of its own demat account and will not work as agent for investing money of other person. I feel regret to ask same question again, Kindly pardon for the same. Provide needful reply asap. Thanks
