Can a stautory auditor render services of assistance in filing and certification of various RoC forms like MGT-14, SH-7,PAS-3 etc?

Yes, filing services are allowed under 'Administrative services' under section 602 of Volume I of Code of Ethics, 2019. You may like to refer the same. Also, your attention is drawn to section 120.6 A3 (b) Self review threats, R120.6, R120.7 and R120.10 of Volume I of Code of Ethics, 2019 in this regard.
