Query related to BRC -

An export of $ 1000 was made to customer and $ 100 extra was to be receievd as shipping/freight charges which was also mentioned in the commercial invoice .

The above was done using CSB-V ( Courier Shipping Bill) and we were told by fedex that only FOB value ($ 1000) can be entered in such shipping bill

Now the remittance recieved is for the entitre amount of 1100 $ and the bank is not issuing BRC because of difference in the value of shipping bill and inward remittance .

How can this issue be resolved ?
