Statutory Auditor Resigned on 08/02/2024 with Signing 31.03.2022/31.03.2023 Financial:
1. Can this vacancy for 21-22 be filled as Casual Vacancy
2.  For 31.03.2023 Financials; Can Re-appointment to be made in AGM (AGM for 31.03.2022)

When the auditor resigned on 8.2.2024, any appointment to office of auditor would be post 8.2.2024 only being casual vacancy by resignation.
Audit for any pending period would be done by incoming auditor including 21-22, 22-23.
