We have received one query to issue proposed investment certificate to be filed with pollution deptt. by the client.

In my opinion, CA can't issue such certificate ie. proposed investment.

Please share your view.

This is to certify that the total proposed investment of ABC co. Regd Of. zzzz, Gurgaon, in Plant & Machinery, Land & Building is as under :

Plant & Machinery - Rs. 2,50,00,000

Land - Rs. 1,12,00,000

Building - Rs.1,00,00,000

Total - Rs.4,62,00,000
