An Indian Resident (Individual) can take loan from overseas bank and use the funds overseas.
1. Is it allowed automatic or approval is required.
2. What all are RBI compliances to be done by such individual.
3. Is there restriction on end use of loan
4. Any other compliance to be made
5. Any restrictions on repayment from India
