Can a chartered accountant holding COP be part of a Trust member and also appointed as secretary of Trust with no remuneration under that trust one school is running ? if yes whether we need some permission from ICAI. ?

Honorary office bearership  of educational organisation is allowed only if it is a honorary position. He cannot get any remuneration or profit or salary etc. from it. Permission from ICAI not required.
