Applicability of 92E and filing of Form 3CEB - An Resident Indian is a director in WLL Qatar. He is getting salary as director from that company of Rs. 10 lacs INR. He is giving tax as salary on this amount in india and having only Interest income other than this of say Rs. 10000 only. . He is not having any proprietorship or partnership firm in India. Wheterh he need to file form 3CEB and what will be his due date of filing ITR.

Further 3CB-3CD not applicable to him.
