Respected Sir

I want to know whether for CA Certificate if required to know the value for transfer of unlisted shares and in case CA certificate is required, whether he is required to refer latest audited financial statements or financial statements audited as on the date of valuation.

Legally there is no certificate required. However the valuation has to be done as per the audited balance sheet on the transaction date.
