_{I have a new client they wants to form LLP and also they wants to deal on  stock exchange on their own behalf not on third  party. Their only motive is earning profit and shares between the partners. I just wanted to know the requirements of SEBI? As they required to register as a Investment Adviser? What is procedure for SEBI registration?}
