Dear Sir,

DPT-3 has been filed by a client. A mistake has been identified later now that inter-corporate loan has been missed to be shown. Can we now somehow revise or refile the DPT-3 again ?

There is no concept of revision of Forms under MCA.... if it allows.. file another Form

1. Once you file form you can not file it again except

2. You have to make application to ROc to make earlier filed form as defective then you will be allowed to file new form.
